Enamel Pins

I sell different kinds of enamel pins, mostly hard enamel pins - this is different from cheap pins you might find from, for example, some AliExpress, Temu or other low price online mall outlets. Real enamel pins are made in the same way coins are made (currency) and is why they are almost exclusively manufactured in China due to money laundering laws.

These are handmade products and therefore will always be subject to some kind of minor faults in either the enamel pouring or metal mould scratching. I choose not to strictly grade my enamel pins as I find the process of making enamel pins an art form in itself. Very minor flaws could be considered a part of the artwork.

What are graded pins?

Many artists who sell enamel pins tend to grade their pins. Pin grading means to distinguish pins with minor faults from the rest.

What are B-Grade pins?

B-grade pins are enamel pins that I find have clearly visible faults - such as tiny chunks of mould scratched off, enamel that is clearly missing, enamel that has visible marks that aren't part of the original design, etc.

Stickers

Are the stickers waterproof?

All of my stickers are made from waterproof material.

Are the stickers weather proof?

Not all of my stickers. If stickers are made from special vinyl material, it will be weather proof - these are moslty outsourced as they need heavy machinery to produce.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

If you reside in the European Union, you are legally entitled to a 14-day "thinking period". This means you have 14 days to legally return your purchased items without question.

Please note that if you do want to return any items, the shipping cost is solely for the customer.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellations are possible withing 24 hours of purchase.
